Supported to Achieve Their Dreams

Achieve Your Dream is Volunteer led and Community Funded. Every donation is used 100% to make dreams happen for people with disability.

Achieve Your Dream recognises acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Victoria and pay respects to their Elders, past and present. We acknowledge that Aboriginal self-determination is a human right and recognise the hard work of many generations of Aboriginal people.
